Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 151 (FBCMUD 151) is excited to announce the launch of the West Firethorne Enhancement Project beginning Monday, October 21st. This project will bring several upgrades including a new parking grid system, enhanced landscaping beds, tree planting, and the addition of a sidewalk to improve accessibility and aesthetics.
The project is expected to take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete, during which time the existing road will be removed to make way for the following key improvements:
- New parking lot and drive grid system for enhanced organization and traffic flow
- Beautiful new planting beds to complement the landscape design
- New tree plantings to provide shade and visual appeal
- Sidewalk installation for safe pedestrian access
Once complete, these upgrades will create a more organized and welcoming space; with improved traffic management, natural beauty, and enhanced walkability. The District is committed to working efficiently to minimize disruptions and keep things running smoothly while the work is being completed.
The community’s patience and cooperation throughout the process are greatly appreciated. We look forward to unveiling these improvements soon and welcoming everyone back to enjoy the enhanced space.
For more information or updates during the project, please stay tuned to the District’s website.
