This is an important message from FBC Alert:
Tornado Warning for Northwestern Fort Bend County in southeastern Texas Until 4:45 PM CDT.
At 4:02 PM, a storm with a history of a confirmed tornado was located near Sealy, moving northeast at 20 mph.
IMPACT: Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.
The tornado will be near Simonton around 4:15 PM CDT. Northern Weston Lakes around 4:25 PM CDT. Pattison around 4:30 PM CDT. Brookshire and Fulshear around 4:35 PM CDT. Katy around 4:45 PM CDT.
To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying debris.
