Fort Bend County MUD 151 has officially begun a water meter replacement program starting today. This scheduled replacement is being conducted due to warranty issues with the existing equipment and will ultimately impact approximately half of the residents in the district.

What Residents Need to Know:

• Timeline: The changeouts will take place progressively over the next several weeks.

• Temporary Water Interruption: Replacing the meter requires turning off the water service for a short duration.

• Advance Notice: Technicians will make direct contact with you at your residence prior to turning off the water to perform the changeout.
