Fort Bend County MUD 151 - Upcoming Construction Notice: Existing Trail Enhancements Project

Fort Bend County MUD 151 is excited to share that construction will soon begin on our Existing Trail Enhancements Project.

Important Note for Residents:

All construction plans and phasing schedules are currently pending county approval and are subject to change.
Trail sections will be temporarily closed as crews work to replace loose gravel with durable, ADA-accessible concrete paving.

To minimize disruption to neighborhood traffic and ensure safe pathways during school travel hours, construction will be executed in 6 distinct phases:

Phase 1: Lake Firethorne Trails (Starting around Lake Firethorne near the Community Center & Visitor Center)
Phases 2–6: Detention Basin & Greenway Trails (Progressing sequentially through North and South Firethorne Rd sections)
