South Firethorne Road Crosswalk Striping: The Board reviewed crosswalks near Lindsey Elementary and is considering combining these with existing requests from November to potentially expedite the approval process.

The developer aims to be on the City of Fulshear’s agenda for approval of the land to be added to Fulshear’s ETJ on March 17th. Additionally, the developer is drafting necessary easements with neighboring property owners for water and sanitary sewer lines.
Additional Annexation Request: The Board reviewed a proposal for the annexation of a tract off of FM 1463. The Board did not take action to authorize a feasibility study for this tract at this time.
