Storm Water Management Program (SWMP)/MS4 Permit: Quiddity performed services for Permit Year 5 continuation; Notice of Intent for renewed permit is under TCEQ review.
Garbage: Rate will increase from $24.59 to $25.70 per month per household effective August 2025 through July 2026.
Park and Landscape Maintenance:
Work on the pump at Greystone is underway.
Estimates were reviewed and approved for:
Replacement of the deck around the West Detention Pond
Removal of dead trees and stumps at West Detention Pond
Repair of sinkhole near West Detention Pond
Refill of beds along ditch crossings
Operator:
Replacement of the submersible pump at Lift Station 3 was approved by the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors adopted an Order Adopting Rules and Regulations Governing Use of District Recreational Facilities, with signs to be approved and ordered at a future meeting.
