Fort Bend MUD 151 is Moving to a New Billing Software and Online Customer Portal
We are excited to announce that our District is moving to a new billing software and online customer portal to make managing your account even more convenient. This change will require a few steps on your part to ensure a smooth transition.
What does this mean for you?
If your account is currently enrolled in Auto Pay, please be advised that you will need to log in to thehttps://inframark.starnik.net/rp_default.aspx?imagefolder=edp%20 new portal and re-enroll to continue automatic payments.
New Account Number: You will receive a new utility account number.
- The format for your current utility account number will change to a 6-digit format (xxxxxx).
- For Online Bill Payments there will be a separate payment ID in the form of (xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx).
Auto Pay Action Required: If you are enrolled in Auto Pay, you must re-enroll in the service with your new account information.
Online Bill Payments Action Required: If you use your bank's online Bill Payment Service, you must update the mailing address.

Check Payments Action Required: If you are mailing a check, please continue to use the address located on the pre-printed payment coupon.
