Fort Bend MUD 151 is Moving to a New Billing Software and Online Customer Portal

We are excited to announce that our District is moving to a new billing software and online customer portal to make managing your account even more convenient. This change will require a few steps on your part to ensure a smooth transition.

An email was sent out by the new billing system on October 10th.

Make sure to check your spam folder if you are unable to locate the email.

What does this mean for you?

If your account is currently enrolled in Auto Pay, please be advised that you will need to log in to thehttps://inframark.starnik.net/rp_default.aspx?imagefolder=edp%20 new portal and re-enroll to continue automatic payments. 

New Account Number: You will receive a new utility account number. This new account number will on the bill that is sent the first week of November.

  • The format for your current utility account number will change to a 6-digit format (xxxxxx).
  • For Online Bill Payments there will be a separate payment ID in the form of (xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx).

Auto Pay Action Required: If you are enrolled in Auto Pay, you must re-enroll in the service with your new account information.

Online Bill Payments Action Required: If you use your bank's online Bill Payment Service, you must update the mailing address.

  • The new address is: Fort Bend County M.U.D. No. 151 PO Box 3264, Dept 10251 Houston, TX 77253-3264

Check Payments Action Required: If you are mailing a check, please continue to use the address located on the pre-printed payment coupon.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Automatic payments will not continue unless you re-enroll through https://inframark.starnik.net/rp_default.aspx?imagefolder=edp%20the portal.
  • When setting up recurring payments, please make a one-time payment to cover your current balance. Recurring payments will commence with your next billing cycle.
  • Currently, all penalties and delinquent terminations are on hold.    Bills and delinquent notices will still be mailed.
