Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 151 (the "District") is pleased to share an updated construction schedule for the Existing Trail Enhancements Project. This project involves replacing unpaved trail sections around Lake Firethorne and District drainage channels with permanent, ADA-accessible concrete pathways. Demolition work is anticipated to begin the week of October 12th-16th.

⚠️ Resident Notice:

Active construction zones will be closed to pedestrian traffic during their respective phases. Please pay attention to posted signage and exercise caution near work areas.

To ensure resident safety and minimize disruption to neighborhood travel, construction will proceed in phases pictured on the map below:

Updated Construction Timeline

• Phase 1 – Pond Trails (Lake Firethorne): October
• Phase 2 – Detention Trails: October
• Phase 3 – Detention Trails: October – November
• Phase 4 – Detention Trails: November
• Phase 5 – Detention Trails: November – December
• Phase 6 – Detention Trails: December – January
• Estimated Final Project Completion: February 2027
