Notice to Firethorne Residents

As a reminder, during high water and emergency events, the Fort Bend County Office of Emergency Management posts regular updates on their website at fbcoem.org. Residents can find helpful information and sign up for the emergency alert program. Residents can find additional information on the Fort Bend County website fortbendcountytx.gov and the City of Katy website cityofkaty.com.

During the recent extreme weather event, the drainage system in Firethorne worked as designed and all District facilities remained functional through the storm. The street system is designed to covey storm water in large storm events.
